4. Client Responsibilities

6. Intellectual Property

Design concepts and plans remain the intellectual property of Perfect Home Touch until final payment is received. Client may not reproduce or use designs for other projects without written permission.

7. Cancellation Policy

Projects may be cancelled with 48 hours written notice. Cancellation fees may apply based on work completed and purchases made on client's behalf.

8. Warranty

We warrant our design services for a period of 30 days after project completion. This warranty covers design consultation and planning services, not furniture or materials.
